我現在是高二生了,172cm,64kg身材微胖因為打籃球而發現自己的體力真的很差之後查到了,要打的好,腰力、彈力、臂力以及柔軟度都要好所以我開始跳繩、伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐我想請問一下,這三項可以天天一起做嗎??如果不行的話,是要三項分開做,還是互相搭配呢?應該要怎麼搭配呢??還有�
