練完腹肌後 - 運動

下午練完腹肌(仰臥起坐還有一些其他的腹部運動,還有一些伏地挺身訓練手臂的運動)之後大約是250多下吧......因為流了汗所以去沖熱水澡結果晚上發現腹肌完全使不上力.....請問這是什麼情況??不好嗎??...Showmore
