我現在國二最近大家都在比腹肌可是我沒有只有一大堆的肥油(154cm51公斤)所以現在我已下定決心要練成肌肉所以不管大家做出非常艱辛的菜單我一定會持續下去(註我的手臂有一點肌肉了)
