小弟目前高2身高168.5體重53公斤整個就是看起來很瘦很小隻平常自己在家有做一些訓練如下伏地挺身25下一組做2組((作法是雙腳靠在床上雙手寬於肩做然後仰臥起坐50下大概2.3天練一次已經持續4.5個月了但是我的體重幾乎沒有增加這樣講太雜亂了所以列出以下問題清單希望懂得大大們幫忙回答一下不要再�
