練肌肉的休息問題20點 - 啞鈴

我練肌肉時,是拿1ㄍ啞鈴先練右手10下,然後讓右手休息,再練左手10下,反覆這ㄍ動作,這樣算有組間休息ㄇ?????沒有ㄉ話要怎ㄇ練比較好(只有1ㄍ雅玲ㄉ情況下)。
