我175公分66公斤好像太胖了所以前幾個禮拜我開始每天做仰臥起坐100下(分兩組作一組50中途休息30秒)50下伏地挺身(分4組第一組20之後101010中途休息30秒)請問如果我要練線條的話這樣足夠嗎因為我練了好幾個禮拜好像都沒效果另外下腹要如何練呢我的肚子有點大想要瘦我做仰臥起坐都沒有用到下腹的力量��
