練胸肌.腹肌.小腿肌一些問題 - 伏地挺身

我目前高中現在每天晚上睡前都會練一下肌肉練的項目有1.伏地挺身2.仰臥起坐3.拿可以墊高的物品腳掌在前面腳根懸空蹲站三種每種各150下又分成三套每套各50下50下伏地挺身後換仰臥起坐在來是蹲站這樣算一套每套做完後都會休息1-3分鐘(看疲累度)我想問的是如果改成一次做一種這樣效果會比較好嗎?例
