我本來都是做手指向內手比肩膀寬一點 下去上來 這種姿勢 但是我同學後來跟我說她體育老師講有一種伏地挺身更有效就是姿勢同上只是下去之後一直撐著撐到沒力為止一天3下1次一分鐘 就夠我第一次作時我撐了4X秒就不行了手整個沒力身體直接攤在地上所以我想問到底哪一種比較有效?...Showmo
