個子偏高但是四肢都細細的不太好看三月初開始健身雖然才三個禮拜可是朋友說線條開始出來了算很快但是卻沒長什麼肉是不是時間需要長一點才比較明顯?胸肌的部份是不是做伏地挺身最快最好呢?我現在每天會分個三段一次20~25下這樣是否有效果健身房有再考慮但因為還是學生時間其實並不是很充裕不
