重量訓練才可以比較有效的做到胸肌腹肌就建議你做滾輪貨是仰臥起坐當然重點是方法啦建議你可以多了解一些健身的知識常識再來做這樣才會事半功倍搜尋鐵克裡面有很多專業的知識跟常識喔我自己的方法是做臥推胸部以下都是公斤,一組10-12下,越重我的次數就會減少熱身50*2...60*2....80*2.......100*2....
