我看知識+上面說不要在床上做仰臥起坐,會凹下去…但我在上面做了快5個月,我以為凹下去上正常的…就肚子那邊凹下去了,我該怎麼補救???做的時候是肚子出力吧?我怎麼一直感覺腰酸?是做的姿勢不正確或是什麼?可以為我解答嗎?
