想問最近每天做伏地挺身,現在不像以前會痛了,1天只做40下左右!不過會有一些喘!請問要增加數量嗎?還有就是胸肌右邊比較大很醜==手臂沒啥肉!請問還可以變粗嗎!我的骨架算小,個頭還算高178公分_56公斤請問怎們解決上面這些問題...Showmore
