羽球需要重訓嗎?! - 跑步

從開學到現在都一直參加系上的羽球練習不久之後又和同學申請重訓証但每次去重訓(他們幾乎都是打籃球的),他們都是做有關加強籃球的部份然而我只好自己去跑跑步機加強體力所以我像問,羽球有需要做甚麼重訓嗎?如果需要,請問需要做甚麼項目的呢?需要做幾次?做幾輪呢?感謝大家的回答
