請問能提供我正確訓練"肌力"的方法嗎??(肌肉其次)怎樣才能鍊到像日摔選手那種變態級的力量呢??我總覺得光靠仰臥起坐.伏地挺身之類的好像不夠(好像只是注重於肌肉)請大大們幫忙喔^^!...Showmore
