如題小弟目前國二身高161~163cm除了在國一暑假每天做50下的仰臥起坐跟25下的伏地挺身把原本"莫名奇妙"有的腹肌跟二頭肌加強線條這樣會長不高嘛?因該是運動較多而有的肌肉然而全身用力眼睛看到的小大腿肌都是硬的這樣會長不高嘛很希望長高~~~~~~~目前努力打球跟喝牛奶吃鈣質蛋白質食物~~~~~~`
