我今年高3身高168體重71我個人還覺得矮矮胖胖的我平常的訓練:啞鈴集中彎舉(30磅)5組1組12下伏地挺身與肩同寬下去的3組比肩膀寬一點下去的3組1組都12下以現在的年齡這樣手臂的練習量是不夠還是超過了?我星期1.2做3休息456做日休息這樣OK嗎?還是還要調整一下?我這樣做了至少有3個月了吧怎麼感覺手臂都�
