小弟目前有再做運動做兩個月前一個月瘦很多82kg-66.5kg後這個月實在沒什麼進展胸肌腹肌都有再做胸肌:伏地挺身一組30~35下共5組休息間隔5分鐘平躺舉啞鈴{15P}一組30共三組休息同上立式大鳥飛姿勢舉啞鈴一組25共三組休息同上腹肌:Youtube有個影片是8分鐘練腹肌教學影片通通都有坐起來{姿勢滿困難的}通常�
