肌肉訓練次數的問題 - 伏地挺身

最近看了很多肌肉訓練的文章,內容都是提到要作多組數訓練,若是像我一次做滿伏地挺身100下、仰臥起坐200下、深蹲200下,這樣效果會比較差嗎???
