大大妳好,去年開始一整年都在做關於肌肉訓練的特訓但是並不是去健身房而是在家裡自己練胸肌腹肌二頭肌背肌的訓練但是我幾乎天天做扶地挺身我有分三種方法做每一種都做60下加起來180下腹肌訓練我也分5種方法做每一種都做60下加起來300下背肌在家裡也不太好練所以只有拿啞鈴貼著地板做坐三組一�
