請問一下大大有關肌肉鍛鍊的問題我的身高約174,體重約57BMI在過瘦以及適中的界線徘徊--平日自己都有在做肌肉的相關鍛鍊,持續了3~4個月有了仰臥起坐之前差不多一天150~300下(一組50~70下,我差不多做6組左右)伏地挺身之前一天差不多80~100左右(一組20下,差不多做4~5組)已經練出了上腹肌四塊,但是不��
