初學者拉單槓一些問題 - 伏地挺身

剛開始要練拉單槓前~要先用伏地挺身來練手臂嗎??我練伏地挺身已經練了1個月了~拉單槓拉個4~5下就沒力了....這...正常嗎??拉單槓時手心向外還是向內呀??手的距離只要比肩膀寬就可以了嗎??一組要拉幾下才算標準呀??
