我最近在練伏地挺身第一天做20下!!隔天胸部上面會酸痛就是肩膀下面一點點那邊!這是正常的嗎?我要怎麼做才不會一做完伏地挺身隔天手就酸痛?要怎樣才能把小腿跟大腿瘦下來~可以是自然的方法嗎!我還是學生沒有資金!!謝謝各位大大~
