仰臥起坐:有很多種說法,已經搞不清楚哪種才是正確的了要雙腳著地、分開與肩同寬、呈90度;還是平躺、雙腳抬高貼著牆面、呈90度?身體起來時,要整個身體起來靠近到膝蓋;還是只起來到一半而已?身體只起來到一半,很快腹部就酸了,只能做15下左右要是起來靠近膝蓋,可以做到45下--------------
