我現在大三剩半學期大四應該會延畢被當太多(這不是重點)所以大概有2年的時間172/651.伏地挺身現在一次30下(慢的)2.仰臥起坐現在一次40下(慢的)3.單槓打直標準拉14下(第14下蠻吃力的)4.沒有在訓練跑步我絕得體力不算好白天要上班晚上要上課好像沒什麼時間(早上7點半上班晚上10點半下課)我畢業後要當兵�
