請問一下各位大哥小弟我很早就很想成為摔角選手的身材所以ˇˇ國一就開始做服立挺身一天60下+上仰臥起坐100下我現在已經國三畢業了但是我發覺胸肌好像差沒多少ˇˇ更不用說腹肌了應該是墜肉太多吧我坐下肚子都好多條線+上肉肉ˊˋ所以我打算領薪水去買啞鈴30磅跟40磅請問啞鈴要怎舉ˇˇ我想練到像�
