我是今年會升高三的學生明年想考軍校我身高175體重85視力雙眼1.51600m7分多仰臥起坐可連續做120兩分鐘約80伏地挺身只能做20下(與時間無關)==有幾個問題:(1)體檢若過了體能有何限制(2)進校後除德行不良有什麼可能被強制退學?(3)強化臂力的方法何者較有效率?1.剛開始做20下伏地挺身每天增量直到50下比較好
