本人吃不胖高一生身高169體重53很瘦吧...之前有五年的游泳訓練,不過因為一些因素最近停止了現在每天中午都在學校跳舞本身有一些肌肉重點是~~~肩膀不夠寬看起來很醜....(尤其是又有肌肉聽說瘦的人肩膀都不寬要如何把肩膀練寬呢??在沒有啞鈴單槓等器材的條件下如果只做伏地體身夠嗎?效果
