我170公分69公斤左右最近有在家練啞鈴(20磅)滾輪~伏地挺身那些過陣子應該會去健身房練我想要請問如果我想要體重不變,然後練出肌肉該吃些什麼?白飯能吃嗎?還是就光吃雞胸肉、燙青菜、水煮蛋那些?光吃這些好像會變瘦...如果我去買蛋白乳清來喝,是要什麼時候喝?運動完30分鐘嗎?早中晚餐我該吃些��
