肩膀軔帶撕裂傷的復健動作 - 伏地挺身

一年多前因為練柔道的關係,撞倒肩膀導致肩膀軔帶撕裂傷,頭三天連手都沒辦法抬起來,現在好的差不多了,最近這幾個禮拜開始每天都會固定做伏地挺身當做肩膀的復健,以這樣的方式有復健的效果嗎?還是會對肩膀造成傷害呢?
