肩膀骨頭不平衡 - 伏地挺身

我最近發現我做伏地挺身時 肩膀兩塊骨頭照理說壓下去兩塊會平衡在中間成一條直線但是我右肩膀正常 左肩膀卻能明顯看到骨頭突起而且脊椎有點側灣....是長期姿勢不良的緣故嘛??能夠針對問題回答嘛!!不要有太多不相干的回答 謝謝
