胸肌以及腹肌 - 伏地挺身

我目前平均2天都會做伏地挺身跪膝的每次做10下做3組手高腳低每次8下做3組手低腳高每次8下做3組標準型每次8下做3組還有是仰臥起坐每次都做20下3組我這樣練OK嗎?!腹肌比較有成效胸肌是有點慢是要休息時間拉長嗎?!還是而外原因請高手給個意見!!
