原本想說減肥也會把胸部贅肉給順便給減了下來可是從暑假到現在已經減了2x公斤原本90剩下現在68我是靠跑步跟控制飲食瘦下來的胸部的贅肉感覺還是一樣也沒有差穿衣服胸部都會有下垂的感覺這樣真的很難看所以自信真的很不足走路都會變成駝背已經從胖變成肉肉的感覺已經正常飲食每天睡前也會做�
