能打出磅數最多拳擊方法 - 重訓

我之前重量訓練前推145磅蝴蝶機內夾100棒打出的磅數用鉤的120~130左又但是我覺得跟前推沒關係練了重訓7個月了前推250磅蝴蝶機160磅這樣棒數會增加嗎因為腳受傷所以沒去打看看還有能告訴我拳擊當中哪一招磅數能打最重的呢?給我姿勢和解說謝謝。
