請問有經驗的大大.我現在是國1生身高157cm體重56Kg(微矮微胖==)假如我每天1仰臥起坐70下,2.舉重(左手2.1kg,右手2.3kg)左右手各100下3.雙手撐開(就是把舉重的東西往兩旁拉..超累==)15下4.伏地挺身10下(這個我做不太來...所以只做一點)5.打籃球(一個人練)90~130分鐘(這個好像沒啥影響)>>>>>>>>>>
