我做仰臥起坐120下(先80再40)和伏地挺身50(分批先30後20)再加上舉啞鈴兩手都是40~60我已經練一兩個月了,手上有點成績可是腹肌一直是有線條但不太明顯我很想練成八塊肌我哪裡做錯了或是要怎麼改進還有腳的肌肉要怎麼練緊阿(就是看起來不會鬆鬆的)請各位大大教教我吧!P.S請大大們講重點因為我的閱讀
