請教有經驗的人~我想請問~我的腹肌雖然有6塊~我身高178~體重68~體脂肪12.5啪~我的腹肌不像有些人的腹肌很厚實以及線條明顯~我的腹肌則是感覺很單薄~線條也沒這麼明顯~我的訓練課程~星期二星期四星期六~重訓上健身~星期三~星期五星期日則做有氧運動~騎健身腳踏車40分鐘~星期一為
