我上個禮拜每天都去慢跑30分鐘可是跑完一個禮拜後我膝蓋和腳踝都在痛我已經休息3天沒跑了可是依然會痛現在連小跑步都不行就連走樓梯都會痛有人說是因為跑步姿勢錯誤那麼能不能休息一陣子就不會痛了?還是有什麼小動作能讓腳傷比較快好前提是不去看醫生...Showmore
