我只有一個10磅的錏鈴我有在舉跪著舉一天70到80下有一點形狀但不是很硬很結實該怎麼練才會結實?我有胸肌但不是很硬有一點軟有溝要怎麼練才會結實?腹肌我只有不是很明顯的四塊而且都是上面膀胱上面那邊該怎麼練?現在每天晚上睡覺前都會舉70下錏鈴10下伏地挺身精神很好的時候會做50下仰臥起坐沒�
