每天在家會不斷不定時做伏地挺身每次30下例如電視廣告就會做2.3便這樣或是想到就會去做每天下午也會去慢跑操場約10圈上下仰臥起坐每天睡前會做一星期會有2.3天打排球(羽球)一次約3小時不過本身不算有肉,180CM70KG上網查文後建議使用"乳清蛋白"飲食習慣是豆漿牛奶等等常喝,肉類豆干正常食��
