我兒子目前15歲要升高一,身高170CM體重48公斤,體重算過輕,聽說在發育期時,舉重過量的話會影響骨骼生長,甚至造成脊椎骨和腿部關節的傷害,我兒子現在每天單手各舉啞鈴10磅50-100下,請問以他的體型,這樣算不算是過量了?要如何才算適量呢?如果適量就不會影響發育和長高嗎?
