行動不便的人,六塊腹肌怎麼練? - 跑步

我知道練腹肌要做有氧或跑步,但我腳曾受過傷,無法快走、跑步,肩膀也受過傷,無法做伏地挺身,但可以做仰臥起坐或側踼,那請問這樣的我,怎麼練出腹肌??廣告必檢舉!
