我是一個沒有肌肉的人~!我之前有嚐試過要做看看~!可是自己的力量支撐不起身體的重量?!!我該要怎麼加強~!其實我是個80多KG的胖子~會因為自己的體重而做不起來嗎?有人可以給我建議嗎?我的目標是15下/分
