我現在國中一年級國小因為打小馬聯盟投變化球而受傷現在投的球很慢我每一天置少跑5000公尺到6000或7000伏地挺身至少400到600下腹肌貝肌300到400下已經做了5到6個月了還是很慢還是我動作不好呢我現在160公分55公斤還是身材不好我是棒球隊的
