我現在18歲,我目前做啞鈴彎舉可以拿50磅,但我只能做5下左右我想把肌肉練大練硬,我要怎麼練才對呢????做完大訓練後要休息幾天才可以在繼續做呢???我平常禮拜一到禮拜五都是做小訓練(重量較輕),禮拜六做大訓練(重量較重),禮拜天休息,這樣對嗎???請專業人士回答我的問題,謝謝!!
