目前每天會做的運動如下:時間是凌晨的00:30~01:00。1.開始的時候會先伸展胸部的筋肉。2.伸展完畢就做伏地挺身,剛開始20下,每天+5下。#(站在樓梯底部,視身高伏在樓梯上,全身傾斜於地面的角度太約60~75,雙掌寬於肩來做。)3.原地假裝有跳繩的跳一百下,手上有拿韻律啞鈴(大概2磅左右)�
