肚子兩邊有兩塊腰邊肉感覺好難瘦但是不瘦又不行穿衣服上有很大的困擾!我也有小腹現在我每天睡前做仰臥起坐每一個星期多增加5下現在持續到45下了請問一下我這樣的方式會瘦掉腰邊肉和小腹嗎??還是會變成肌肉??還有大腿內側的肉真的也好難瘦啊怕做抬腿會全部變成肌肉有什麼更有效的方法可以提��
