我現在是高二生,我一直想把自己的身材鍛鍊好看一點,因為實在是見不得人阿~!我每天都有做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐,分別是40下和30下,是有點曲線了,但乳頭下方延伸至肚臍上方都凸凸的,應該是胃凸吧我想,要怎麼改善這問題ㄚ???尤其是吃完飯更是明顯,我一直都很瘦ㄝ!!想吃胖一點都胖不起來,��
