如題暑假嘛~想鍛鍊鍛鍊~目前身高187左右體重72左右想練腹肌跟手臂(聽說做仰臥起坐只會練到上腹肌?個人對這個沒什麼研究==")伏地挺身做一做,感覺對手臂的肌肉效果不大=="所以想請問一下各位上述部位大概要怎麼練呢?
