我20歲男,因為心臟和腸胃都不太好,因為心臟不好所以想說慢跑,另外自己想練手,所以舉啞鈴,但是呢.....我腸胃很不好,不能吃太多,導致本來就很瘦,再慢跑下去應該會瘦成"材"有什麼方法能同時訓練我心臟和自己想練的手,卻不要再瘦下去,最好是能反而增胖~~~(聽來有點難...)
