我現在18歲身高170體重69現在等當兵所以想先鍛鍊自己身體可以麻煩各位幫我設定幾組能夠讓我鍛鍊身體的方法因為我自己不太會所以麻煩各位瞜我現在自己每天做仰臥起坐20躺著然後抬腿20其他的就拜託大家瞜如果能夠閱詳細當然是越好摟謝謝
